Wes Sewell

Senior Pastor


Wes has been CCC's pastor since 2012.  He has a heart for true discipleship and the next generation.  Wes has a strong conviction for using his gifts of leadership, discernment, and preaching to reach lost people and equip the saints to serve. 

Wes' wife Marlena serves alongside him and is involved in the worship ministry, ladies ministry, and helps lead the life groups that meet in their home.  Their children are Abby (25), Wyatt (23), Jack (17), and Luke (14).

Wes is a student of history and it's related hobbies. He also enjoys hunting and fishing, and anything retro.

Shari Markley

Outreach & Engagement Coordinator


Shari's history at CCC began by serving as a volunteer for several years before joining our staff. With a heart for the next generation and outreach, Shari first joined our staff by serving as an assistant in our family ministries department while also directing our Family Experiences, School Experiences, and 3 major family outreach events each year. By being faithful in the small things, she now serves to coordinate all areas of Outreach and Engagement. A lifelong Centerville resident, Shari's family consists of her husband Brian, 3 amazing sons, Clint, Luke, and Aiden. 2 wonderful daughters in law, Shawna and Marissa, and a beautiful granddaughter! When Shari is not working, she likes to volunteer for the Main Street Centerville Organization, spend time with friends & family, and travel.

Matthew Lung

Worship Leader


In addition to serving as CCC's worship leader and coordinator, Matthew is a Senior High math teacher at Centerville High School. He also serves on the board of Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp. Matthew's family consists of his wife Stephanie and their children Olivia (9), Julianna (6), and Henry (2).  Matthew is also an expert Rubik's cube solver!

Tammy Frye

Children’s Director


Tammy and her family moved from Virginia to Centerville to be closer to her husband's family. While planning their move the opportunity to join the staff at Centerville presented itself and Tammy saw it as one of the ways God was confirming their move. She brings seventeen years of combined classroom and homeschool experience to contribute to the Next Gen and Outreach Team. She enjoys teaching and sharing God’s Word with children of all ages. In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and daughter Maryanne. They love playing games, watching movies, and taking day trips.

Dawn Routson

Executive Ministry Assistant


Dawn joined our staff in October 2017.  She was a bookkeeper at Trinity Gifts & Books for 12 years. She has a passion for studying God's word and learning.  She is married to Stephen, and together, they have five children and 14 grandchildren.   


She loves spending time with her family. Dawn enjoys bicycle riding, camping, reading, and listening to music; her favorite song is Casting Crowns, "Only Jesus."

Donna Brown

Ministry Assistant


Donna is a long-time member of CCC who joined our staff in 2019. She serves by maintaining our membership/attenders database and attendance and updating our directory app.

Steve Routson

Facilities Manager


Steve is husband of Dawn Routson who is also on staff at CCC. Steve is a veteran of the US armed forces and works tirelessly on Maintaining and upgrading CCC's facilities, as well as serving wherever he is needed.
